Apparently a local specialty, this fish and tofu dish packs quite the spicy punch. Fortunately, my tolerance for spicy food is very high for a non-local, something which so far has earned me quite some respect among Chongqing people that I've met. Interestengly, local specialty in this case apparently means just this street. Microculture?

The haze (or pollution?) makes for a very different kind of sunset when compared to Sweden. The addition of terrain which is not completely flat adds another dimension, literally.
