Eating whole roasted goat is a rather messy affair (thus the plastic gloves), a bit too messy for a wimpy westerner like me. Thus, I mostly relied on people handing me food. Relying on this was rarely a problem for me during my stay in China. Furthermore, just look at the amount of spices and herbs on that. Absolutely delicious.
