One of the chefs chopping up the fish for the first dinner I had with @ttyr's extended family.
Apparently a local specialty, this fish and tofu dish packs quite the spicy punch. Fortunately, my tolerance for spicy food is very high for a non-local, something which so far has earned me quite some respect among Chongqing people that I've met. Interestengly, local specialty in this case apparently means just this street. Microculture?
